My training for
Pilates started when I was undergoing my dance training at the
New Zealand School of Dance.
I started to take
Pilates classes as part of our training program. My teacher was
master instructor Tania Huddart, owner and founder of Hearts and
Bones Pilates.
I trained for 3
years with Tania Huddart and received qualifications to teach
Matt training sessions. Pilates is a fantastic training form for
dancers, it can focus on specific muscles groups that need to be
strengthened and also to help in the rehabilitating process
after injury.
Pilates is none
weight bearing and ideal for people of all ages.
